Questions about site clearance
What does site clearance include?
Removing waste, rubble and vegetation, including shrubs and trees, breaking out hardstanding, digging out contaminated soil, and levelling and grading the ground so it is ready for new builds. All waste is sorted and recycled wherever possible.
How much does site clearance cost?
It depends on the size of the site, how much vegetation and waste there is, whether there is hardstanding or contaminated soil to remove, and how easy the site is to reach with machinery. We start with a free site survey and then give you a written quote.
Can you remove contaminated soil?
Yes. Digging out and removing contaminated soil is part of our site clearance service, and every project is managed in line with safety and environmental regulations.
Do you recycle the waste?
Yes. All waste is sorted and recycled wherever possible, and across our demolition and clearance work over 90% of materials are recovered and reused.
Can you demolish buildings on the site as well?
Yes. Demolition is one of our core services, so one team can take down any buildings, clear the site and leave it ready for construction.
Which areas do you cover?
We clear sites across Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire from our base at Three Legged Cross near Wimborne, including Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and Wimborne.
